I’m so glad I decided to give this author a second chance! Her other book, ‘Chocolatherapy‘, really had me disappointed. But this book lived up to my expectations.
Inside are humor and lots of great recommendations for how to banish old habits, start & keep new ones, and acheive the goals you’ve been striving towards. There are 52 days worth of tips.
My favorite quote from this book is this: “As long as we insist on comfort, we forfeit change.”
