I first read this book a year or two ago, and really enjoyed it! So, when looking for a healthy dose of inspiration, I decided this book would fit the bill.
Sure enough, I now feel reenergized to attack my current goals, and to work on some strategies that will help me succeed in creating new habits.
Funny, too, how I’d just been researching the Japanese concept of “Kaizen” (continuous improvement) and then found it mentioned in this book! Ha!
