REVIEW: “Sunnyside Blues” by Mary Carter

Andes is a 25 year old who’s been running from her past, but then gets saddled with the care of a 10-yr-old, and has to figure out where to go from there.

This book had an enjoyable storyline, and the author is excellent at keeping you in suspense! But, there were a lot of inconsistencies, and quite a few loose ends in the book. Plus, the language was nasty (I don’t care for a lot of coarse language in a book, and this one was riddled with it).

So, while I enjoyed the story/plot, I can’t give this one more than a “meh” rating.
